Summary Of Evaluation Using Quality Cost Based Selection

Two of the short–listed firms had submitted their proposals by submission date, namely:

1. GOP Oficinas de Proyectos S.A. from Spain
2. Habiterra S.A. from Chile.

Evaluation of the technical proposal for the 2 firms was carried out on June 4^th 2010 from 10am through 4:45pm and received no objection from IDB on June 30^th 2010 (reference CID/CBL-331/2010)

Both firms scored above the minimum required 60 points and were invited to attend the Opening of the Price Proposals on July 5^th at 1pm. Mrs. Sue Courtney represented GOP. There was no representative from Habiterra S.A.
