Summary Of Evaluation Using Quality Cost Based Selection

Two of the short–listed firms had submitted their proposals by submission date, namely:

  1. GOP Oficinas de Proyectos S.A. from Spain
  2. Habiterra S.A. from Chile.

Evaluation of the technical proposal for the 2 firms was carried out on June 4th 2010 from 10am through 4:45pm and received no objection from IDB on June 30th 2010 (reference CID/CBL-331/2010)

Both firms scored above the minimum required 60 points and were invited to attend the Opening of the Price Proposals on July 5th at 1pm. Mrs. Sue Courtney represented GOP. There was no representative from Habiterra S.A.
